Pinoy Finder is operated personally by Austin Patterson in Texas. It is not presented as an LLC, corporation, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, charity, fundraising platform, partner, or beneficiary program.
No specific recipient, assumed-name registration, or “doing business as” status is claimed. Nonprofit formation is deferred until after launch and qualified legal review.
